Update:

I have just heard back from the series producer who has, in turn, heard back from Discovery History about this:

“EP1 (Halifax Bombers) will now NOT now be shown on Sunday 6th May. They’ve obviously decided not to start the series with a repeat. I understand it will now be scheduled possibly at the end of the run. But they’ve not confirmed that.

The rest of the series will run as previously mentioned… starting with EP2 (Lancaster) on Sunday May 13th at 8pm.”

I can only reiterate the information sent to me by the series producer, which I repeat below:

Full Series Run

Ep 1 – Halifax Bombers (a repeat of the Remembrance Day special) – 8pm on Sunday 6th May

Ep 2 – Lancaster Bomber & Dennis Brown – 8pm Sunday 13th May

Ep 3 – Sandwich Spitfire – 8pm Sunday 20th May

EP 4 – Parker Pen/ Sgt Smith – 8pm 27th May

EP 5 – Stirling Bomber – 8pm Sunday June 3rd

EP 6 – Beaufighter – 8pm Sunday June 10th

However, and notwithstanding the above information, I admit that I cannot find it listed either!

I am seeking urgent clarfication and will respond when I have more information.
