L6262 of No 2 Bombing Gunnery School Dived into the ground,Ensfield Bridge 24.12.41

Can I suggest this is a Typo?

Note: 24.12.41 is in Air Britain Crash List

Suggests 24.2.41

All four crew were killed. Pilot P/O S G Rodd, Sgt G L Pitman (Nav), LAC P L Jackson, AC1 H Davenport. Aircraft completely wrecked and burnt out, all bodies unidentifiable.
