Was Fc-1 involved in incident?

According to posts at PDF Fc-1 (prototype 01) may have been involved in incident. The incident is rumoured to have occured at height of 12000 meters above sea level and 20Km away from the runway.

Engine malfunction is said to have resulted in complete loss of fuel – resulting in mid -air engine shut down. The test pilot landed the plane powerless at AoA of 70 degrees and speed of 400Km/h.

Can anyone confirm if this incident occurred? or may be it was a simulated engine shut down test landing?
