Here’s some pictures from my holiday to Washington. The weather was not that good during the full week I spend there. Only two days with some sun, and even then not much of it. Still, it’s an awesome city to visit. In fact, I liked it more then New York.
Here are the photos from Dulles IAD and Reagan/National DCA. I also shot a load of photos at the Smithsonian aviation museum, but have not sorted those out yet. Maybe I’ll upload a few of those later as well.
Here’s a selection of 20 something photos. Another 20 or so photos are on my website.
Reagan/- National, 26OCT
These photos where all shot at Gravelly Point.
Dulles, 28OCT
The runway lights can be seen on the belly.
Dulles, 29OCT
The registration is barely visible, having been painted in yellow only a few shades darker then the fuselage. This plane is believed to be operated by the CIA.
National / Reagan, 30OCT
These photos where shot airside while waiting for my flight to Detroit. There I caught a connecting flight to Amsterdam.
