Boeing PT-17 Stearman TG-JEN, crashed into the sea, during a demonstration at the Pacific coast’s Puerto de San Jose, in Guatemala. The pilot, Martin Keller, survived with minor injuries.

Well he got away with it the first time and then compounded the issue by carrying on into a worse situation.
