I could be wrong, but while browsing my local Game branch recently, I *think* I saw it on the shelf…
Will check.
*edit – well, it’s listed on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ubisoft-Il2-1946-PC-DVD/dp/B000KJRGTY), so I guess it’s available (strange that Game’s site doesn’t list it at all, just the various WW2 packs).
