dark light

Well, Did you ever………….

Hi Guys. Guess a lot of you will know where I am coming from on this, but here goes.
Have you ever done something in your life, and knowing what you know now, regret it, and wish you could turn the clock back, and rectify what you did?.
Knowing you lot, I don’t think I will be very much surprised at some of your answers.

Jim.

Re 24

What is your inference about my mate Jim ? Are you inferring that he has a hairy palm? Are you saying that he is known to choke the chicken ?

Jim, this could be an occasion for Messrs Sue, Grabbit & Runne.

My inference with your so called mate, should I speak whats on my mind, would qualify for an instant ban. And I am not that stupid. He just likes to wind folks up. I guess he has nothing else better to do.

Not sure if you are aware but we apparently have younger viewers, and I am concerned that they might interpret the above fantasy as you engaging in coitus with a female to whom you were not married and get this thread deleted, rather than you doing a bit of DiY – which would have been a lot safer and you’d have been more familiar with anyway…

Is that why Moggy scrubbed your Post??? Will you never learn Snaf, you seem hell bent on getting up front and personal with a few members of late, and I can see the Mods giving you a little holiday if you carry on the way you are doing.

How come you get more when your single, than when you are married?. SCREWFIXING that is……

It’s something we will never know.Sometimes i think it is better not to know BUT the old saying of it’s better to have love and lost than never to have loved at all also springs to mind.
Love is a strange thing,it varies from person to person ,couple to couple.

CD

How much can I identify with that. I confess to one major, all consuming regret – SELFISHNESS. Unthinking, unfeeling selfishness. I cringe when I think about it.

Just wish I’d known so I could have ‘loved’ them back! 😉

Many yrs ago, the ONLY woman I loved, and myself, split up, because part of my apprentiship, meant me living in Doncaster for a year, at BRs main repair/engine building plant.

About 10 yrs ago, I was in John Lewis, at Peterborough, when this very attractive woman said, “Hello Jim, long time, no see, how are you?.” I ashamedly stated, “Sorry, do I know you?.”, it turned out, it was the girl that I loved and lost. And to rub salt into the wound, she was married also.
Aint life a Bitch.then you marry one, then you die.

Well if they are raking in zillions by doing nothing except grinning for the camera and passing inane comments as required I would be surprised if they would want it any differently. Would you?

I’m relieved to know that apparently someone loved you.

Just wish I’d known so I could have ‘loved’ them back! 😉
