I never thought I would see a british wimbledon winner in my lifetime 😀
Well done Andy 😀

Grits teeth–well done.I think he now needs to relax and start to bring a “nicer” personality forward.
He has a personality ?
Totally different than the women’s champion Marion Bartoli. She has a fantastic personality.
Perhaps he needs a speech coach, as well as a tennis coach ?

We forget he is also Olympic and US Champion, where he beat Djokovic. It was only a matter of time and with such support he stood a great chance. I see him reaching world number one spot.A fine player and a decent but publicity shy bloke.

Yes Gary…which is why I made the post 😀
I know he is not universally popular…but are people remembering him as he used to be ?? rather than who he is now ??
He is what he is !!
But surely nobody can say that he is not a battler ! Totally focussed on winning in spite of ankle problems etc,he is certainly not the most elegant of players and sometimes does things the ‘hard way’ !
