Well done Steve Fossett

I’m not normally terribly interested in these types of feat, but having read about the trials and tribulations associated with his latest endeavour I bet he was as glad to see Bournemouth as the Conservative Party are to see the back of it….

Hi all just got back from manston airport been there for 6 hours to see steve fossett and his plane but found out he landed at BOH instead but was happy to here that he was flying from BOH with sir rich. As soon as the plane landed it taxied to the main apron soon the engine’s stop the doors open and steve step out everyone was cheering people took some pictures off him before he went to do a press conference

Oo been a while since I’ve been on here.

Well done Steve, well done indeed. Just watched the press conference on BBC online, looks wide awake 😀

Managed to follow them over the radio from Shannon down to about 4000ft into Bournemouth.
