A340-600 – Wing span 63.45m (208ft 2in), length 75.30m (246ft 11in), height 17.30m (56ft 9in). Wing area 439.4m2 (4729sq ft).
B777-300 – Wing span 60.93m (199ft 11in), length 73.86m (242ft 4in), height 18.51m (60ft 9in). Wing area 427.8m2 (4605sq ft).

The body is so long, it would bennefit from having either the name spaced out a bit more, or some logo next to the name to make it look a bit more dynamic. Nice shot though.

Dazza – until you pointed that out I hadn’t noticed the extra 2 wheels compared to the 200/300 series. They only have a twin wheel body gear.

Dazza – it’s for the same reason the 757 and 767 bogeys tilt in opposite directions – purely because of the space they have to fit into in the fuselage when retracted.
