Wellington MkII Urgent help please!

With regards to the extract below, and given the fact that I’m not in reach of reference books, can anyone provide the following;

– The crew position of the fFight Sgt
– The damage to the aircraft which meant it was unable to make it home
– The fate of the aircraft after the “landing”
– Raid details

I appreciate this is asking a lot however it is important and moderately urgent. Many thanks in anticipation, extract below;

“On 6th January 1942 Wellington MkII W5514 PH-S of 12 Squadron RAF Station Binbrook in Lincolnshire, was one of several aircraft taking part in a raid on the French port of Brest. The aircraft was forced to take evasive action over the target area, resulting in F SGt H D Bryant, RCAF, baling out of the aircraft.”
