Hi
🙁 Anyone know if hangerage is available at Wellsbourne and who to contact please?

Blue Robin
I think (hope) I’ve PM’d you. Maybe twice 😮

I wouldn’t say they’re top-notch but it is a good feed having an all-day breakie there. Very popular with local and MOD constabulary!
Whether it’s worth a trip is up to you.
Off to the German cruiser, dear boy *twiddles moustache*

Unfortunately I don’t speak from experience but I hear they do a great breakfast at Wellesbourne. Anybody have experience in such areas? Is it worth the trip?!

What aeroplane is it? We have some room but it’s tight.

Hangarage
Just seen the mistake in the thread title. 😮 😮 😮
Thanks both for that. Yes, I was not particularly hopeful of getting in at Wellsbourne but it was not by any means my first choice. I do have a possible alternative but if that falls through I’ll give Mike Littler a call. Fortunately I only want relatively short term hangarage which may help my case.

You need to speak to Mick Littler who is the airfield manager (son of owner) and a very nice farmer-type bloke. Phone the airfield office 01789 842007. Hangar space is limited.
What are you looking to base there? Maybe there’s another option?

You could try a PM to Blue Robin.
That’s his stomping ground.
You’ll be pretty lucky though. There’s very little hangarage and a mighty lot of aircraft there.
