Wet Jet

A Danish corporate jet (OY-JET) overran the runway in the USA some time ago. (There is video around also of the abandoned jet trying to get out of the water 😀 )
The pilot/owner has now got a new jet – OY-WET!
Best regards

Anyway, “Good Show” by the boat rescuers. I saw no life jackets on crew or passengers. Gambling in Atlantic City? You bet!

From the Danish Board of Inquiry
http://www.ntsb.gov/NTSB/brief2.asp?ev_id=20050526X00676&ntsbno=NYC05LA085&akey=1
Airport closed to jets. Runway too short – in downwind. Emergency brakes not used.

Remember watching the vid.

😮

From memory there was some talk of it landing at the wrong airfield, or being directed to the wrong airfield – Atlantic City?
