Picked these up last year, the seller stated they were Piston Provost. However, I’ve been unable to verify this, can anyone confirm or state otherwise? There is a distinctive alloy chain guard on top which might help with an i/d:

Second pic shows the pedal set upside down.

Hi Mike
The pedals are NOT Piston Provost, we have 2 1/2 sets on the bench at the moment, so I am absolutly sure.

Thanks for the replies chaps, however, I can’t agree with you (at least on the strength of your pic), tomahawk21, that they are PP. The arms holding the pedal footrests appear to be tubular in your pic whereas mine are a casting. Also, the ones in your pic don’t have the cover plate as mine do.
Perhaps they are Prince, Jon, though Percival would likely as not use the same, or similar, units in all their aircraft products you would have thought. I’ll have a look next time I’m over at Liverpool.

This will make you chuckle Mike – have a look inside Prince G-AMLZ and see if the pedals look familiar 😉
