What aircraft types are capable of Post stall manuvers?

I see alot of talk on these boards about AOA and A. aircraft is better than .B
What are the aircraft types that actually can fly post stall?
When i say post stall, I mean the aircraft is in a condition where the wings no longer provide lift. Examples of manuvers would be the Cobra, J-turn,
We know the raptor and Su-27 can do it, but what other types can?
can a F-18E/F tail stand? can a Typhoon? I can’t find the information online. thats why Im asking.
