I agree, i think the “Real Norwegian” phrase is definately a crack at SAS. SAS are terrified about this new airline as they are offering very good prices on the main routes in Norway.

I think the Norwegian c/s is very clever as well, in addition to Thor Heyerdahl, they have Sonja Henie (Ice skater), and Roald Amundsen (First to the south pole) to name but a few.

Britannia old scheme before the take over of TUI was boring. Air france is boring as well.

I dont like Air France or Lufthansa, also not keen on United its sort of rain-cloud grey !!

I quite like LOT’s.

And I don’t find this Norwegian livery particularly bad.
It is quite interesting in fact.

The ugliest by far is Iberia’s. Yurk.

Don’t like TAP either, nor Air France (old more than bad)…

Kabir, what’s wrong with Malaysian’s c/s? It’s not all white, it has a cheatline, and decent colors. Anyway, I’ll vote for the same I did last time, Southwest’s old Brown scheme. Absolutely hideous, worst ever. I didn’t like America West’s old scheme either.

The colours at the front of the a/c are reminiscent of the Norwegian flag, the logo, norwegian.no is just the same as fly.be. The real ‘sting in the tail’ is the very clever use of a photographic image of Thor Heyerdahl, an internationally known traveller, adventurer and explorer.

All in all, an excellent scheme which gets its message across without being fussy.

Another thing I’ve just noticed is the use ofthe phrase ‘Real Norwegian’ on the tail. Could that be a sly crack at SAS?

Heres another that I think has a terrible c/s, its a new norweigian start up airline…. YUCK!

This was done sometime back…but you werent there at that time. 🙂 anyway not one in particular…. Air France, AA, Malaysian to name some.
