Im in Virginia Beach, VA right by Fort Story, so I’m at Cape Henry. Just took the dog an cat down to the beach for “walkies” and I look up and here comes a plane cruising at maybe 1500ft up the beach heading north……I realise its a biplane…..as it gets closer its a twin engined (in-lines not radials) enclosed cabin job………..fixed gear……….poss a “Dragon”?
