What planes are these and would ether of these planes have a radio guy aboard? Thanks

Top one is a Lockheed Neptune of the USN unit VP-9 and the bottom one is , I think ? , a DC4 of the USN unit VR-21 and both would have had radio guys quite probably a dual role as navigator too ?
Quite a few Google hits for both aircraft and units .

US Navy types, Lockheed P2V-7 or later P.2 H Neptune and the lower Douglas R6D Liftmaster. Yes both would have a Radio operator on board. Post should be in Historic by the way.
