Hopefully it will find its way back to the UK at some point.

BTW: I don’t see a Bush ad on it. or photos on it.
It looks like an owner addition, not a paid ad by Fox news.
People can do what they want to with their property…it’s a free country.

Not correct Bruce – Heron N82D was only at Staverton for about three years before it was exported by air to the U.S . It has flown most of the time in the States in its former FAA markings . The machine you must be refering to is G-HRON which was at Staverton stored in a hangar for probably fifteeen years .
That was exported to the U.S a few years ago and is thought to be under rebuild using a former HATS Heron as spare parts.

Heron N82D is the last surviving Queens Flight machine in original D.H form .

Well, it was abandoned at Staverton for many years, with no one showing an interest. Good that it is flying again!

It was offered to the FAAM and turned down ! It really should have been preserved in the U.K .
