apologies for my nievity “again” but what is the purpose of the three structures under the wing, Are they fuel tanks ?

Have a look at them when the flaps are fully open on landing. You get a good view of the aforementioned tracks/mechanism.

They are fairings that cover the flap tracks and flap drive mechanism. They are sometimes called “Canoe fairings”. They are made of fibre glass composite and do not contain fuel. The middle fairing in this picture also contains one of the fuel dump pipes. You can dispatch an aircraft with one of them missing but you do get a fuel burn penalty if you do.
