What happened to Dan Snow, D-Day Chronology project?

Last year there was a program on TV about the D-Day landings featuring a man
who was attempting to piece together all the film footage into one seamless, chronological record.
Even down to placing individual soldiers at locations based on the time of their wrist watches!

Does anyone know what happened to this project?
