On Jethro’s site, a lot of aircraft go ‘hadj’ in the winter.

I mentioned this in a flight report from last year. I flew with Aitours and the 767 aircraft on the return journey was wearing Garuda Indonesia titles.

hence as its a quieter time in the UK winter season it helps get much needed revinue for carriers such as MYT, BY, JMC with excess capacity

yes, and thats the time where airlines with a hefty muslim population charter extra aircrafts to catter these needs.
