I don’t recall any route longer than a few hundred miles sector length.
Once, I caught a flight from Livingston to Lusaka (internally in Zambia). The aircraft was an ATR 42-300 of Zimbabwe Express and the route originated in Cape Town, went to an unknown airport (Windhoek, Bulawayo??), went to Livingston, then went to Lusaka. That must be a few thousand k’s all in.
Any others like this?
