G-WARH if its not on the move at NCL it must have a technical fault or something.

I would say that the erj’s and the Bae 146’s are most common at MAN along with the B757’s.

Why where are they going to the scrapyard or something

I apologise for being so vague, but Mark L is spot on, I would think Boeing 737’s all variants probably only make up less than 10% of LHR’s movements now which is amazing when you once consider that nearly all European airlines operated either DC-9/MD-80s or Boeing 737s – Now just a small number operate the 737 – even fewer the MD-80/90. Plus the two busiest airlines into Heathrow BA and BMI (ahhh lovely colour scheme) both operate the A320 – so the Boeing 737 is dying out certainly in Europe.

Gratuitious BMI shot…

737s with the major European airlines are nowhere near as popular as they once were. The plane of choice is the Airbus, as has been shown by BA, Air France, Lufthansa etc buying these in bulk.
Its not fair to say that the 737 is just going to dissapear as many carriers still own lots of SH Boeings, but they are being phased out rapidly, for example BA no longer operate the 737 at LHR anymore.
And of course also people like KLM and THY have large 737NG fleets too.

I like to think of NCL as being my local airport, but in actual fact MME is. They dont really get aircraft there, but the frequent ones (if you can call them that) are the 737’s of Ryanair anr bmiBaby.

Yes Citations are probably now Farnboroughs most seen aircraft but G4’s are not to far behind. Not many 125’s since Bookajet moved out. And not much at all today, only 7 outside. Just wish Easyjet would move in!
