There is also a relationship between yield and diameter, though it is not a direct relationship. (ie double the yield is not double the diameter).

Depends on the yield of the weapon and the surrounding pressure. The fireball from a ten kt weapon will be larger at 50,000 feet than 10,000 feet beneath the surface of the sea.
