We chucked it around for a while but eventually came to a concensus of opinion.

definitely an air tractor, as has been mentioned.

UC legs are the same and the profile of the cockpit is the same

Did you try to look on the fuselage or the other parts for any information?

Just had another look at the 3 possibles and am now convinced it is the remains of an air tractor as the other 2 have windows at the rear of the cockpit but the air tractor has a solid cockpit back.

Just been having a look at some of the things we have mentioned and I was wrong about the undercarriage. That is more like Ag-Cat than Thrush. Looking at the u/c, that bow makes it either an Ag-Cat or Air Tractor as the Dromader has individual u/c legs mounted on the wing main spar. I have just noticed that the Cessna Ag-Wagon also had the same type of u/c. All 3 share similar shaped cockpits and fin/rudder so we are down to three possible types but no further towards a definite answer.

How about a Grumman Ag-Cat?On second thoughts I’ll go along with Thrush as the undercarriage is not right for an Ag-Cat.

I reckon its a PZL-Mielec M-18 Dromader 🙂

Either that or an Ayres Thrush?
