When I’m at my worst, this one always seems to come to the top of any play list.
The whole album is just so calming.

I listen to about 5 hours music a day, be it at work Mp3 or on her with hearphones in.

In a diversion from my usual metal / rock and even Trance when I feel like it…..I am GOBSMACKED at the quality of singing and production of Rockferry by Duffy.

I’m not really a huge Placebo fan but their version of the Kate Bush track Running Up That Hill is easily my most played right now. It’s much moodier and darker than the original. Love it!

Paul

not the only one, love it

Further by Longview was the soundtrack to my daughter’s life in the years when she was self-harming.I couldn’t stand it at the time, but I love it now and it’s one of the things that make me who I am today.i never get tired of hearing it.
The other track that has great meaning for me is Don Henley’s The boys of summer,a brilliant song that always seems to pop up somehow at significant times.

this one for me… came on itunes shuffle 5 minutes after i found out one of my best friends had been killed in a car crash 🙁

Good arrows, I’m a big fan of In Loving MemoryMetalingus and Broken Wings also frequent my iPod fairly regularly. Very sorry to hear about your best friend.

I Believe by the lovely Katherine Jenkins (with Andrea Bocelli) is my current “most played”, replacing Run Free by Hans Zimmer (the full version of the music used by the ‘Horsemen’ Mustang team).

So on that note that one would have been What song carries a very deep meaning for you.

This track holds probably the deepest meaning to me, its also a damn fine piece of music.
