What is your worst hated aircraft & why?

F-16 has to be all the way. No charisma, no beauty, look at the intake…. like a wide open mouth. lol

The C-119 Flying Boxcar comes to mind along with the Kamov Ka-25 Hormone is a close second. These two are the ones I hate the most to look at but I am sure I could list a few others.

Well here it is my most disliked i cannot say hated because if it flies its beautiful (well except wasps)but the sc-7 shorts skyvan gets my vote as if it had a coat of white paint, it would be buzzing around the sky, cutting every one up and thinking it can fly better than any one else in the air.

maybe thats why NASA named theirs the “ugly hooker” (i kid you not,) personally i like the good old “skybin”, or as i once heard it called “the shamrock s***house”
i don’t think i have a least fave aircraft but the one that brings back not nice memories is the pitts special, not for what you mignt think though, i was working on one and we were removing the fuel tank and i got drenched in avgas, not only is it very cold but tends to make certain parts rather “uncomfortable 😮 ) god that did sting!!!.

Anything without a propellor (except the Meteor, Me 262 & 163 ).Why? because they don’t have props.

just kidding.

If it flies right it looks right. Thats my opinion of all aircraft. there is beauty amongst many types and some romantic histories but you cant simply call an aircraft ugly without explaining why.

Whoops, forgot to say why! I hate the A380 because…..

I have tried but I cannot find one attractive thing about it, which ever way I look at it, it always looks ugly.

I would personally nominate the F/A-18 E/F … Simply look at several threads here, and you’ll understand ..

the F-4 and everything of it’s vintage, including J-8II and MiG-27

Everything the British ever created except the Victor. The Buccaneer, Lightning, etc reflect the beauty of Welsh women.. simply ugly.

747, big head, short body.. reminds me of some one..

most American WWII aircraft, especially the Buffalo. most Soviet WWII aircraft, especially the Pe-8. most French aircraft, especially the one with the propeller.

Ouch! Well, they do look rather nice in silver or camo, depends what angle you view them from really. I really like the forerunners, the two that are preserved at Cosford, P.1A and the Shorts SB.5 i think theyre called.
