What it's all About

I don’t know if I posted this before or not, but this pic really does emphasise why we all join the military.

Adonis.

You will notice that the man in the photo has officer tabs. Ja, was not an officer. he was an enlisted grunt on a RAN boat. look at his attitude, can you honestly say he has officer qualities?

RE: No it isn’t.

Why we should join the military?

At least the Soviet children & soldiers-propaganda looked good, and not so sickingly perverted like this. Possible interpretations of Ja’s twisted pic:

[li]To bore your kids to death on a family day?
[li]To take children as loot for the perverted deck swabbers?
[li]Because the only time your daughter isn’t crying when you’re near, is when she’s asleep so you’d better take a job where you’re away for six months of the year?
[li]Because if you’re out of ammo, you can always throw dead children at them?
[li]Because if you’re a six-year old girl you’ve got all it takes to join the Aussie navy?

Seriously Ja, if that was what your career was all about i think you would have enjoyed yourself a lot more in kindergarten.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 17-11-02 AT 11:56 PM (GMT)]Shouldn’t the pic depict “why we have kids” its relevance to the military is only faint with the uniform, but your first impression of “seeing” the pic is that the overprotective father holds his daughter with luv and affection.

regards

sorry for ruining the moment

RE: No it isn’t.

Ja,

Sorry, but I don’t think that is why people join the armed forces. There are numerous diverse reasons for joining up but I think what your photograph represents does not particularly apply in peacetime. If you are right, why did you only serve two years in a Navy ‘which was not all it was cracked up to be….’ – your words.
