What kind of C-135 is this?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-11-01 AT 12:52 PM (GMT)]I took this picture at Fairford a few years ago. Half way through the morning, it just took off unannounced. I thought that it ws a VC-135 although some people have disagreed……..

Any ideas?
