What made you smile today?

Lets share what made us smile today!

Mine – I’ve finished my English coursework – it was a comparison between American and British English!

I’ve got about 400 more words to do in Spanish then i’ve completed all of my coursework!

I also got my practice paper results back, I got a D in my AS paper and a U in my A2 … but, there better than my actual papers back in January where I got a U for both of them but the A2 one I only got 26 and in the one last week I got 38! So if I do the same as this in my actual exams in May/June ontop of my two speaking exams and my writing exam, i’ll definately get a D and even possibly a C for my A level in Spanish! :D:D:D

That’s great news Steve!! 🙂

What me smile is the lunch I just made oneself 🙂

Pasta cooked in water with nautral lemon extract, oregano then served mixed into a mushroom sauce with quorn style turkey and spring onion 😮

Cut out the middle-man and throw it straight down the bog. A young lad like you needs energy giving foodstuffs, not fad based bi-products for those which lean towards the Sun.

The ” Where’s BumbleBee ? ” thread.
What do you mean,I must have been back twelve hours and I haven’t posted ?
I’ve been back two hours ( thirteen hour flight from Singapore, boy am I jet-lagged ) and here I am at the keyboard already, how sad am I.
Anyway,it’s nice to know I’m missed, but do pay attention old shape.
Might post some of me ‘oliday snaps if I haven’t accidentally obliterated them all again.

I went orf for a while, busy and a few days away.
Then I noticed you’d gorn orf too.
The 12 hour thing was a bit of sarcasm.
Await snaps. I love NZ.

Receiving a lovely hamper of Danish “goodies” from a very good Danish friend with whom I worked a few years ago and with whom I still maintain good regular contacts via phone, email and snail mail.

I last contributed to this thread back in April after being ecstatically happy about passing my private pilot check ride. Since then, I have been studying hard for the ATPL, and I found out a couple of days ago that I had passed my last of 14 exams!

I hope that my instrument rating check ride goes as smoothly in a couple of weeks. If it does, that will definitely result in a smile! 🙂
