As I said, i’ve dug this up – how are these expectations/wishes going in the first quater of 06,

No progress on my wishes for HUY, and I doubt there will be any new scheduled routes announced this year 🙁

Id love to see Air Berlin add a direct link to Padderborn from Belfast City as well as link with bmi to Manchester.

I know it maybe a different market, but surely if BLK-STN can sustain a twice daily 737-800, then surely LBA-LGW could sustain a twice daily 737-300?

Would still like to see the likes of LGW…

Me too – though I’m not sure it could sustain a 737-300 let alone a 757!

For PLH I am hoping that the Cork and Dublin routes will be picked up and also would like to see some expansion from Air Southwest. But 2006 has not been good so far for Plymouth with the pull out of Air Wales and the MAN route going daily! Hoping that it wont be all bad though!!

Ok mate you have made youre point. Is there going to be any more JET2 routes from NCL this year?

Most Likely

M1 to MAN? Seems a strange way of getting there from Yorkshire, would have thought the M62 was a better bet!

Yes, bearing in mind you can drive it in an hour, thats about the length of time you’d need to check-in, let alone the flight time, baggage reclaim etc. It can take longer than half an hour to LBA from the city, so add that to the check in time etc. WHY oh WHY would you want LBA-MAN???

Firstly, I can’t drive. Even if I could, the M1 is a nightmare. Secondly, I’ve got the train option but I’d much rather fly than be stuck under tunnels and going through hills.

But yeah, come to think of it, it’s be an extremely strange flight. Maybe effective in some cases.

I’ve just been looking at the start of this thread, you were told to read the code of conduct about your English, lukeylad, it still hasn’t changed!

Well looking at what I wanted, DUS was announced after all which is good, and LBA is still doing really well, especially with ACE been added tomorrow. Would still like to see the likes of LGW and low cost to GLA/EDI though! Would also love an Air Berlin link to STN!

aye aye my man its only the odd word though but in respect to the other members i will type slower and double check my posts

I’m holding out for AB doing EDI-STN, it was rumoured at the same time as the Belfast flights so hopefully they’ll annouce it soon! Especially now that GSM are dropping it, I don’t want to have to fly EZY again! 😉

At city the aircraft line up looks varied this year, a lot more props – despite losing the BA city-cph link SAS stuck with it and have now got a Stocholm service
