China and Russia have introduced a U.N. Security Council resolution that urges North Korea to suspend its nuclear program but avoids the mandatory weapons-related sanctions sought by Japan.
Japan said Thursday it would still seek a Security Council vote on a resolution that would impose sanctions for against North Korean for firing the missiles.
China’s Foreign Ministry repeated calls for a diplomatic solution and urged members of the Security Council to craft a “cautious and measured response.”
Earlier, it criticized Japan for “pouring oil on fire” for raising the issue of a pre-emptive strike on North Korea after the tests, warning it could seriously disrupt international efforts to defuse the crisis.
Does Japan need a smack to calm down and behave decently. Its barely been 60 years since the last mayhem they caused in Asia.

I think they will kool down once north korea fires nuke loaded missile right over japan—to detonate in the pacific ocean. That would really bring them to their senses, if not soil their pants.

Japan can do whatever they want, why? Because they’re America’s lap dog.
North Korea have no right to do anything, standing up to America is enough of a crime.
I think they will kool down once north korea fires nuke loaded missile right over japan—to detonate in the pacific ocean. That would really bring them to their senses, if not soil their pants.
