What should Serbia acquire next

After 99 we saw in what a bad shape our airforce was in. Our some 30-40 Mig-29s were never upgraded and many of them were shot down, we have just like 5 of them currently in service and flying. We need new fighters and aircraft. Our Jastrebs/Galebs and Oraos are old and obselete in A2A combat. However we will probably face even more problems with Albanians in Kosovo. What fighters should we acquire next. We could go with the EU countries and secure our entry into the EU and specifically go with French planes(Rafale) from who we planned to buy Mirage-2000s but got Mig-29s instead or should we go with Russia again and wait for the LFI or the LFS which we might buy. Our other options are the Gripen which I think we have leased from Hungary and lastly we can go for some Chinese planes namely FC-1 or J-10 since we are kind of friendly with China.

What does everyone really think? I think our best bet would be either the Gripen or the Rafale, IMHO the Rafale.
