Best flight I had was on a Virgin A340 (G-VSUN).

Very nice and comfortable plane with great Virgin service. PTV’s will have about 12 movie channels and a few other channels.
Should be a good flight.

Looks to me like the Continental flight number under codeshare for the VS017 LHR-EWR (Newark).

Probably the A340-300 which Virgin also use. Where are you flying from/to?

747 upstairs is funny.

They usually have a shelf between the window seats and the window which I reckon reduces elbow room throughout the cabin.

On the other hand you could well be flying on a 737 or something, that’s what it feels like upstairs! I’ve only done it on the -400 so I don’t know what the smaller cabins on earlier 747’s were like.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 18-12-02 AT 08:04 PM (GMT)]Virgin Plane wont it be? Probably all the basic Virgin stuff like PTV (i think so). You might be lucky and fly on the -600!

Dont know why it is lucky or special to fly on -600 to fly a Virgin AC wud be gud for me. I really wanna fly a Boeing 747 upstairs!
