What type of seat is this?

This seat was found on an ex 3 Group Bomber Command airfield.

It appears unrelated to Bomber Command aircraft. To my eyes it looks more early jet era, like the bottom half of an early Martin Baker ejector seat.

The far (ie right) “horn” has a handle, and hinges downwards.

The airfield owners would be very very grateful to know who made it and to what aircraft type it belongs.
