Talking about the DH82 Queen Bee recently on another thread reminded me of this photo I took last year at East Fortune. It mentions a King Bee but I haven’t been able to find out anything about it – any aviation references to King Bee I’ve found seem to relate to more recent times than the 1930s when Campbell Black Aviation Ltd operated. Was it another version of the DH82 or a different aircraft altogether?

Perhaps a pun, a king bee would be a drone.
