What will the USMC do if JSF doesn't happen?

JSF, or the STOVL version, is a potential casualty of the Bush defence review. With Harriers falling to bits, and half the Hornet force seconded to the Navy, the USMC will struggle to get through to the JSF in-service date as it is.

Any ideas what might happen if the 609 JSFs don’t turn up on the Coprs’ doorstep on time?
