What Would You Buy?

Say you had a spare £80k burning a hole in your pocket and you wanted to go out and buy an aircraft ready to fly this week (so that’s kitbuilding removed from the equation!). You don’t have to spend all of it but neither would you want to slum it either. Spending this dosh might leave the bank account a bit short so you’ll want to be able to afford to run the thing after the purchase without spending a massive fortune on insurance and maintenance. Rare and old bangers then are out. The aim then is to buy some realistic rather than your dream aircaft, as these threads so often go.
