Whatever happened to FOAS?

I just did an archive search of this site to find out if the UK’s FOAS project is still on the drawing boards, or if it has been canceled. But the old threads didn’t provide a clear answer. So does anybody know the status of this project?

The official BAe site still has this picture up, which makes me think they are still working on it …?

BTW: As a replacement for the Tornado, was the FOAS supposed to have any air-to-air capability?
