Whatever happened to… John Deacon

My eldest son (now 11) listens to rock music, which I think is great. Mainly Queen (great!), Pearl Jam (brilliant!) and AC-DC (could be worse!) and even The WHO (excellent!). Whenever he comes up with any kind of question I usually have the answer. One thing I don’t know, and couldn’t find in the web. What is John Deacon doing today? For any input we’d be grateful.

Thanks
peter

All I know is he retired from music around 1997 and has played no part in the Paul Rodgers+ Queen gigs or album “Cosmos Rocks”.
I did read some years back he felt it was wrong to carry on with somebody replacing Freddie as Freddie was a one off and could not be replaced.

I figure John is probably enjoying his retirement.
Try Wikipedia that may have information on him, Maybe not totally accurate though.
