What's Going to Replace Tornado GR-4?

I know that along with the Jaguar, the Tornado F-3 will be replaced by the Typhoon and the Harrier by the JSF. But what is going to replace the Tornado GR-4? I heard of a project called FOCA (Future Offensive Combat Aircraft) but couldn’t find any reference to it on the MOD’s website.
Would it be feasible for them to replace the GR-4 with say, TSR-2 (with modern engines, avionics and weapons)? I seem to remember reading somewhere that the Thatcher Administration thought about reviving the project in the early 80s but nothing came of it.
