What's happening with Airtours?

Hello,

Can someone just explain to me what is happening with good old Airtours International? Are they just renaming themselves, have they been bought out by another airline, are they merging or what? I’m really confused! :S

Airtours Group (ie the holding company of airlines, travel agents, holiday firms etc) is purely re-branding itself as MyTravel. As a result the decision has been made to rename Airtours International and it’s Scandanavian subsiduary (Premiair) as MyTravel Airways. This is (I think) essentially a merger between the two carriers aswell to create a single airline..MyTravel Airways. So Airtours hasn’t gone bust or been merged or anything like that.
