Its some now since anything anything was heard about the future home for the Vulcan. It was supposed to be off site by July this year and the clock is ticking with no news whatsoever there seems to be an air of secrecy where its new home might be. Has negotiations concluded ? Is it being prepared for a road move?
Does anybody know anything ?

Had an e mail earlier , they are still negotiating and have a non disclosure agreement in place.

We know that it’s incredibly frustrating for all of XH558’s supporters that we haven’t been able to announce XH558’s new home just yet. It’s also frustrating for all involved with the Trust that we’re not able to share any news. Much like moving house these things do not always go as quickly as everyone would like.
There are still two potential locations under discussion and there is a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place while negotiations continue. An options appraisal has been provided to the National Heritage Lottery Fund (NHLF), which gives the full detail of all options that have been assessed. Their support over the years, in particular the original grant fund to restore the aircraft to flight, has been valuable in forming important decisions.
