thin steel tube 1″ od, painted green inside & out with some dark yellow over, end has been cut so may have been sawn off
aluminum knob, traces of red paint
oval inspection stamp, having trouble reading it
traces of writing possibly “EMERGENCY H???????” in black
Does this look familiar to anyone?

The inspection stamp is M in an oval with possibly something smaller before and after the M like *M* or oMo or .M. although the right hand side is poorly struck so that is guesswork.
Any ideas about that anyone??

Handle
Not Meteor. The knob on the end doesn’t look big enough.
Hyd hand pumps for emergency use were common on most war time and post war types. It’s anyone’s guess what this one’s off.
