What's this radio part?

I picked this up on Sunday at an old airfield, I can see a 10H number, but wondered what it was, why the interesting extended screw ?

That example looks like it will clean up nicely if it’s taken to pieces and the parts washed. They aren’t the easiest of things to find for anyone building up a comms installation complete with intercom amplifier. The same connector is used on the Crystal Monitor Type 2.

Hi

The 4 holes should hold female metal sockets, they may be missing and the holes full of detritis or possibly the remains of the sockets.

The curved screw is shaped like that so that the wires can be bound by cord and not slip off I would think – see the connectors on the attached. As John noted these are the connectors for the Amplifier A1134 your connector is one of them.
