What's Up With the Icons?

Is it just me…..or is anybody else seeing this?

Little green arrow icons running riot all over threads that I haven’t contributed to, lots of envelope icons hiding behind all the text on the Aviation Forum banner…

…and tiny envelope icons hiding under the text in all the reply buttons?

Creaking Door you are not imagining it!…..least if you are, I am as well…..happened yesterday, I think?, was going to swat it but it disappeared and not seen since!
