OK,it doesn’t have to be anything flashy like a Porsche,it can be something as simple as a Ford Fiesta!
This is a bit sad normal people of my age would say a ferrari ect,but I like the Volkswagen Golf because I thinks its a lovely shape and size, looks very executive and with the amount I see on the road it looks like it is a very popular car including with my parents who have one.Inside its all leather apolstry, air conditioing,cd player and heated seat system, lovely!
So whats your favourite car?

RE: Whats your favourite car?
I’m with Seahawk!! Ferrari 360 Moderna!! But for now, I’ll have to make do with a Ford Focus 1.8. OK, it’s not mine… all the reason to test the specifications ๐ . Let’s just say it’s fast enough for me for the time being!!

RE: Whats your favourite car?
I’m tempted to say… a red Ford Focus TDCi, as I’ll get mine in one month ๐
Else, Chrysler PT Cruiser (A pity the interior isn’t made better, because I’d have bought that one), and… the MG F (I think there’s a new model, but don’t know its type)

RE: Whats your favourite car?
well my motoring experiance is limmited – on the road i’ve only ever driven a transit vnan (haven’t been road driving long), but off road i drice tractors, dump trucks and JCBS (they are great!).
i would like a viper, a “maxed” small car, merc sprinter van and a new tractor from the states – all donations acepted.

RE: Whats your favourite car?
If I had much money : Ferrari 360 Modena
If I had less money : Porsche Boxster
If I had even less money : Audi A4
With the ammount of money I have : VW Golf IV – with the TDI engine it does not need much fuel and is still fast enough (and fuel is expensive in germany)
-> so that is my current car

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Well right now am a proud (yea right )owner of 2000 model Black Chrysler Neon RT ..with few minor modifications.. (like twin ball bearing turbos and nitros boost hehehe) but im thinking of upgrading to new wheels and then offcourse boosting them :).
So my dream machine would be RUF 1997 CRT-2 911 Porsche… but at 750 000 USD a pop its bit out of my range :(…
So my next set of wheels will probably be either Subaru Liberty B4,,, a wonderful sedan that comes out of factory ready for race track.. not to mention all the boost possibility, or Toyota Supra Twin turbo (anybody saw fast and furious) or Skyline GT-R … an ultimate Japanese racer and booster dream ๐

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Chrysler PT Cruiser, superb economy (50 mpg) and sheer class.
Toyota Yaris for the fun of it (if you’ve ever played “Gran Turismo 3” on the Playstation 2 you’ll know what I mean)!!

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Renault Clio 16v.
My first car, I loved that thing, had to sell though due to becoming the proud owner of a mortgage. Blast!
Wasn’t standard though, bit into modding motors so a K&N, strut brace full Magnex exhaust system, power boost valve, Splitfire plugs and leads, Superchiped. Had it recorded at 176bhp at the flywheel, 0-60mph in about 6.3 secs. Not bad for a 1.8l engine! Probably not upto American standards of power but here in the UK it ain’t half bad for a small hatch.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 10-04-02 AT 07:13ย AM (GMT)]The best looking Lexus, the SC430 convertible.. and the ultimate Commodore incarnation, the NEW Holden Monaro, in this case the GTS Coupe. Must add, I have always had a soft spot for the BMW Z3 as well, have had the chance to drive it and its very smooth.

Dazza I’m right with you there pal.
TVR Cerbera is one of the most beautiful pieces of automotive creation ever. Shame about the reliability problems but the exhaust note of the motor, when it does actually work, is soul stirring!

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Ha, the one I don’t own! But seriously, for me a V6 or V8 Holden Commodore would do me just fine, with all the trimmings of course. I LOVE the new Lexus though, very smooth with a full leather interior, very quiet, satelite map display, the works!
Regards, Glenn.

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Family car – Ford Mondeo
4X4 – New Range Rover (Awesome!)
Work vehicle – My trusty Maestro City Van
Sport – TVR Tuscan/Cerbera (These bad boys eat every other sports car alive, especially the Cerbera, and at a fraction of the cost of the competiton)
Fantasy vehicle – don’t laugh! – JCB 3CX Sitemaster, I’ve always wanted one of these.

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI. It’s a brutal-looking car and somewhat on the quick side; how can it fail?
neck-and-neck is the Honda NSX. A cynic would say it has no class, that it’s a soulless identikit supercar without the pedigree of a Ferrari or a Lotus. But I reckon that just enhances the car’s image; it’s a fast car with little pretention. I want one, but I don’t have the necessary 80,000 quid. Bah. ๐

RE: Whats your favourite car?
Favourite or feasible. Of course, Iยดd love any Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Jaguar and other British luxury car. No sport cars (a bit useless). Feasible would be any BMW, Mercedes MK11 or Alfa Romeo 156
Something funny, I enjoy the Fiat Multipla…incredible ugly but with a definite style and personality.

RE: Whats your favourite car?
The old shaped Mini suits me…. I’d quite happily whizz around in one of them!

RE: Whats your favourite car?
If I had real big bucks I would go for an Aston Martin Vantage V12 engine.
For slightly lesser bucks it would be the Merceds-Benz E- class with engine tuning from Brabus. This is the fastest road going sedan in the world Max speed 333 Kmph also known as the “Bahn stormer” and Terminator.

RE: Whats your favourite car?
I used to work for Land Rover building the Free Lander model at Solihull in the UK. This has got to be my favourite “off roader”. As for the more sporty image I would select the Dodge Viper GTs (mean machine). Road wise, the old model Ford Mondeo does it for me.
