When will the Nov/Dec issue of Air Enthusiast hit the newstands in North America?

I’ve been patiently awaiting the arrival of Air Enthusiast. It’s been a while since I’ve been this excited about Air Enthusiast, but this seems to be the most interesting issue in the last decade.

If the release date in the United Kingdom was October 28, just how long does it take to get a few magazines across the North Atlantic?
