Whether they realise the danger to the victims i don’t know and i guess they don’t really care.It should be treated as attempted murder.
A whack across the back of the head causes so much trauma,head damage,let alone the impact of them hitting a hard floor ,kerb,steps etc.

Hi All,
This new craze knockout has had at least one little scrote banged up already, the little **** decided to try it on a chap waiting to collect his daughter off a school bus, only he didn’t count on getting payback, the chap shot him twice and now the little **** is banged up for a year, his comment ! (It’s only a game!) when interviewed in jail, watch the video below.

Similar to ‘happy slapping’ but more extream.
I did see a you tube video of a couple of youths who slapped one guy, they picked the wrong guy, he was a boxer. I doubt they did it again.
